Aequivalent is pleased to inform you that its Standard Terms and Conditions have been updated. As Aequivalent’s services and the legal framework have evolved, Aequivalent has updated its Standard Terms and Conditions governing the use of its digital platform and services.

Below you will find the points that have been clarified in this new version, which will come into force on 1 July 2024:

  • Introduction of a ‘Marketplace’ on the platform – a separate communication will be issued with the practical details of this new feature (See clause 3)
  • Introduction de la possibilité de se connecter à la plateforme Aequivalent via la fonctionnalité Single-Sign-On (SSO) (See clause 4.7)
  • Introduction of the possibility of automating data exchange between your HR systems and the Aequivalent platform via an API (See clause 2.6)
  • Introduction of the possibility of taking out a subscription (instead of “pay-as-you-go” only) (See clause 5)
  • Reinforcement of the duty to provide prior information to candidates for screening (See clause 2.4)
  • Reinforcement of the confidential treatment of customer data (See clause 7.1)
