Aequivalent’s teams have been busy bees this spring, preparing for the future of the company, starting with what is set to be an intense (and hot) summer.
Product team
After launching our new digital platform in May, and with the aim of constantly improving it, a Product Team has been officially appointed within Aequivalent.
This team is responsible for working cross-functionally to prioritize and document the development of the platform to meet user demands, while interweaving with Aequivalent’s strategic objectives. They will work closely with the IT team and the “superusers” within each team, to ensure the compliance and operation of new functionalities. In particular, they will ensure that the necessary information is communicated to all internal and external stakeholders.
A sincere thank you to Thenmoli and Victor, who benefit respectively from their experience in the IT and Sales & Marketing teams. This gives them a 360° view of the platform, its users and the priorities to be set for integrating new functionalities and delivering an optimal user experience on all fronts.
Congratulations Eunice!
Eunice began her apprenticeship at Aequivalent in 2020. Since then, she has demonstrated impeccable organizational and administrative skills, while becoming an important member of our team in Yverdon-les-Bains.
After 3 years with Aequivalent, Eunice has successfully completed her training to become a CFC commercial employee and is leaving her apprentice status. Aequivalent and all her colleagues congratulate Eunice on this achievement.
What’s more, Eunice has agreed to stay on at Aequivalent, where she will now divide her time between the HR administration team and the team managing the “updates” programs for our customers. Thank you, Eunice, we look forward to many more years together and are delighted to keep you on board. 😊
New colleagues: we’re actively recruiting!
With demand from our customers increasing rapidly in what we might describe as a tumultuous job market of late, the need to strengthen our teams has become more apparent than ever.
We are delighted to officially welcome several new HR file managers to our Bern and Yverdon offices this summer, including Yasemine and Ljiljana. Three other people will be joining our teams in August.
To keep pace with our growth, we continue to actively recruit several colleagues for each of our office!
Expanding the management team
Aequivalent’s management team will be expanded this summer with the appointment of a Sales & Marketing Director. Marc Tinguely will take on this role after 2 years as Business Development Manager. Already in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marc is continuing his training to obtain his Sales Director diploma this autumn, but has already made a good start on putting his new skills into practice 😊.
Within the management team, Maximilian POHLE has been announced to take over responsibility for the Human Resources function in his portfolio. Max has been a pillar of the company since 2017 and also remains responsible for operations, for which he can draw on Key Account Managers and specialists in various fields.
